WELCOME! I hope you find this website helpful. Im based in the Daintree Rainforest & service guests at my private studio at Deep Port Douglas, . Additionaly I also see clients in Sydney & Melbourne. Im really into all things to do with health, for me its not just about guiding people into wellness but making people who are already well, really really well! Im available most days & you can also join me at 8am at Fitness Paradise every Tuesday for my Stretch & Relax Class (see Stretch page for details). Here we focus on those muscles that we can never seem to get to in a relaxed & calm way & then we all enjoy a guided relaxation.
